Thatcher
is Dot's droll, iracible dog. This canine's goal is to
live life on a full stomach, with meals sandwiched between the hard work of
napping. He has to be reminded that being taken to the vet for a flea dip does
not mean being treated to a meal of those little vermin, deep fried and served
with a bowl of guacomole. Thatcher defines the term, "dogging it."
He sees no purpose in retrieving a thrown ball. He reasons that if you really
wanted the ball, you wouldn't have thrown it away in the first place. Thatcher
is obstinant and won't own up to a number of things, including the fact that
he misses his old nemesis and next-door neighbor, Com's cat, Ozzie. |
